Delivery Methods
For all orders, we will use our own delivery fleet. The delivery time is 2 business days, excluding the day the order is placed. If nobody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, we will leave you a notice card for you to re-arrange the delivery. Additional delivery fee may be required. Prior to products being delivered, all orders must be paid by credit cards online (for non-trade customers). Alternatively, you can also pay using cheque but the cheque must be cleared before our arrangement begins.
Free Shipping
For free delivery, a minimum of HK$600 must be reached. If the minimum amount for free delivery is not met, a HK$50 delivery charge is required.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 2 days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery district.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Although Cuvees.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.
Wine Conditions
Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.
Breakages / Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
Storage
Cuvees.com and 12 Bottles Company Limited reserves the right to levy a storage charge of HK$20/bottle per month for wines which have been made available but not collected or delivered within 30 days of purchase.
The charge will be yearly based at $180 per case (or part case) or per large format bottle. Cellarage invoices will be raised on 1 January each year for the full year. If wines are stored after the beginning of the year, charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you want to collect your wine early, we will refund you with the remaining full month(s) storage fee.
Force Majeure
Cuvees.com and 12 Bottles Company Limited shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
