Hailing from the cool 2021 vintage in Savigny-les-Beaune, Maison Fang "Cuvee Lineaire" represents a focused, precision-driven expression of Pinot Noir. It opens with vibrant aromas of tart red cherry, cranberry, rose petals, and subtle wet stone minerality. Driven by energetic acidity and fine, taut tannins, it delivers a clean, chiseled, and persistent finish on the palate.
