From ILAKA's Silver line, this 'Crimson (One-Time Pasteurized)' offers a vibrant and expressive sake with a refined touch. Having undergone a single pasteurization, it retains much of its lively character while gaining stability and a smoother, more integrated profile. Expect a captivating aromatic profile of ripe red berries, a hint of tropical fruit, and subtle floral notes, leading to a palate that is medium to full-bodied, textural, and wonderfully harmonious, with a long, gracefully evolving finish.
