A rich and aromatic umeshu from the esteemed Yagi Shuzou in Nara. "Akatan" is crafted by steeping Nanko ume plums in a base of rice shochu and brandy, creating exceptional depth and complexity. It offers a luscious balance of sweet apricot, stewed plum, and marzipan notes, with a smooth, warming finish.
