A premium Umegenshu (undiluted plum liqueur) from the masters at Yagi Shuzou. Named for Tsukigase, a famous plum grove in Nara, this powerful and rich liqueur is crafted from the finest local ume. Expect a concentrated and complex palate of sweet-tart stewed plum and marzipan, with a long, warming finish.
