The emblematic XO of the A.E. Dor house, "Embleme" is a masterful blend of very old eaux-de-vie. Long aging in French oak has bestowed upon it a profound complexity and a mellow character, revealing deep notes of dried fig, rancio, cigar box, and a remarkably long finish.
