Thank you for choosing Cuvees.com. We operate our own state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled delivery fleet to ensure your fine wines, spirits, and accessories arrive in pristine condition.
Free Delivery Thresholds & Fees

Note on Outlying Islands & Restricted Areas: We are currently unable to deliver to Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Tai O, Mui Wo, Lantau Island, and specific restricted border zones (e.g., Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu).
Delivery Schedule & Lead Times
Hong Kong Island: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Kowloon & New Territories: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
Macau & Special Areas: Scheduled upon request (typically within 3 business days; additional fees may apply)
Standard delivery across Hong Kong is completed within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Important Delivery Terms
Payment: All orders must be fully paid via online credit card or cleared cheque prior to dispatch.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the order, our team will leave a notice card. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply for redelivery.
Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for perfection, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather (e.g., Typhoon Signals) or severe traffic conditions.
Managed Storage & Cellarage Fees
For client convenience, we provide climate-controlled storage solutions:
Grace Period: Purchased wines must be collected or delivered within 30 days of purchase.
Storage Fees: Thereafter, a storage charge of HK$20 per case / month applies. Alternatively, an annual flat fee of HK$220 per case (or part case / large format bottle) is billed every 1st of January.
Pro-Rata Refunds: If you choose to withdraw your collection early, your annual fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any remaining full months.
