A rare and exquisite white from Julien Barrot, this wine is often considered the spiritual white counterpart to the legendary "Pure" due to its singular focus. Crafted from 100% Clairette (specifically the rare Clairette Rose) planted in sandy soils, the 2021 vintage is electric and precise. It reveals delicate aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, and wild fennel. The palate is crystalline and saline, with a tension and minerality that defies the region's heat, finishing with remarkable freshness.
