Named for the legendary Azusa River Dragon Spring, this Junmai Daiginjo is a study in sublime purity. Brewed with the famously clear alpine water, it achieves a remarkable clarity and a silken texture. Delicate layers of white peach and muscat grape flow across the palate, leading to a long, resonant finish.
