Situated right next to the legendary Les Amoureuses, the 1er Cru Les Hauts Doix shares much of its neighbor's seductive DNA but with a distinct ethereal charm. The 2021 vintage captures the essence of Chambolle elegance, offering a perfumed bouquet of crushed raspberries, rose petals, and white pepper. On the palate, it is lace-like and refined, delivering a silky texture and a vibrant, crystalline finish that dances on the tongue.
