Located directly below the Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares, this vineyard produces the most structured and powerful of Groffier’s Premier Crus, often dubbed a "Baby Bonnes-Mares." The 2021 vintage balances this natural intensity with vibrant freshness. It reveals a deeper fruit profile of black cherries, wild plums, and violets. On the palate, it is robust and mineral-driven, offering a firm backbone and a spicy, savory finish that promises excellent longevity.
