The second wine of Château Gazin, this fully mature 2007 Pomerol is drinking beautifully right now. It reveals savory aromas of dried plums, tobacco leaf, and truffle. The palate is soft and mellow with completely resolved tannins, offering a silky texture perfect for immediate enjoyment.
