A perfectly mature Bolgheri Superiore from the boutique, organic estate of Meletti Cavallari. After over a decade of cellaring, the superb 2012 vintage is drinking beautifully, revealing a complex bouquet of dried blackcurrant, cigar box, and balsamic herbs, all supported by fine, silky tannins.
