An ultimate expression from Okurahonke, this sake is a Junmai Daiginjo in its purest form. It is Nakadori (best press), Muroka (unfiltered), Nama (unpasteurized), and Genshu (undiluted). The result is a vibrant, full-bodied sake bursting with intense notes of juicy melon and lychee.
