True to its name, The Epice captures the aromatic intensity of the cool Lenswood vineyard. It opens with perfumed notes of musk, rose water, and lychee. The palate is textural and spicy yet refreshingly dry, balancing exotic fruit weight with a crisp, cleansing acidity that distinguishes it from heavier styles.
