This rare sweet wine is crafted from botrytis-affected Chenin Blanc grapes, harvested berry by berry in the great 2015 vintage. An explosive bouquet of candied ginger, apricot, and lanolin gives way to a palate of immense richness. This wine's searing acidity provides perfect balance and promises a near-endless evolution in the cellar.
