From Rairaku's poetic "Hana no Kura" series, this Junmai is fermented with yeast from the rare "Gekkabijin" (Queen of the Night) flower. As a Namagenshu (unpasteurized, undiluted), it is a vibrant, full-bodied expression, offering an elegant, complex perfume of white grape, melon, and a clean finish.
