ILAKA Silver - Akatsuki (Daybreak) Kimoto

這款來自甍銀系列的「曉」生酛釀造無濾過原酒，是一款精心釀製的清酒，向傳統釀造方法致敬。以耗費人力的天然乳酸發酵聞名的生酛法，賦予清酒卓越的深度和複雜的鹹鮮風味。此酒「無濾過」且為「原酒」，保留了其天然質地與酒米最純粹、真實的精華。預期會有蒸米飯、堅果和一絲蘑菇味的細緻芬芳，引領出馥郁、富有質感且平衡優美的口感，尾韻悠長並帶有旨味 (umami) 驅動的特色。

  • Any opened bottles or bottles that are damaged in anyway will not be considered for refund or exchange;
