This is a rare, mature white wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Syria. At nine years of age, this unique blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is in a beautiful place. The wine has developed a stunning complexity, with a bouquet of baked apple, lanolin, and dried herbs leading to a palate of remarkable texture and saline minerality.
