隨著夜色漸深，氣泡如星光般閃爍，其絲滑質地與層次豐富的細膩風味挑動味蕾。此效果源自於完成釀造階段添加的發酵米醪，經過約20天的瓶中二次發酵。這種技術稱為「瓶中發酵」。

請避免高溫和陽光直射，並冷藏於冰箱或酒櫃中——理想溫度為5°C或更低。若無法直立存放，請將瓶身傾斜並使瓶口高於瓶底，確保液體不接觸瓶蓋。
