Hotel Delivery
Traveling or celebrating a staycation? Use our specialized Hotel Wine Delivery option at checkout to have bottles delivered directly to your hotel front desk or concierge.
STEP 2
Add to Cart
Click on your chosen bottles to view tasting notes, producer details, and provenance information. Add items to your cart when you're ready.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor (under 18) in the course of business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
STEP 3
Checkout & Secure Payment
Review your cart, apply any reward points or promo codes, and proceed to checkout.
Guest or Account Checkout
Order quickly as a guest or log in to earn Cuvées Points toward future discounts.
Delivery Information
Enter your local Hong Kong delivery address or hotel booking details (guest name, reservation number, and check-in date).
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery
Every bottle is dispatched in our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled delivery fleet to guarantee flawless condition upon arrival.
Free Delivery Threshold
Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over HK$1,500 across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
(For orders under HK$1,500, a flat delivery fee of HK$90 for HK Island or HK$150 for Kowloon/NT applies).
Delivery Schedule
Kowloon & New Territories: Delivered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery updates. You can also check your order at YOUR ORDERS after login.

Uncork & Enjoy
Your wines arrive ready to pour or age. If you need short-term climate-controlled cellarage, we also offer professional wine storage services.
