Alberto Burzi's Barolo "La Serra" 2020 embodies his evolution from Roberto Voerzio's protégé to visionary winemaker. From prime La Morra vineyards, he employs tressage and organic cover cropping for perfectly ripe berries. Aged in innovative steam-treated Stockinger casks, this Nebbiolo achieves remarkable balance between density and transparency.
