A rare and captivating interpretation of the variety, Will Berliner’s 2018 Malbec is far removed from the heavy styles often associated with this grape. It opens with an intoxicating, floral perfume of violets, wild plums, and exotic spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and incredibly silky, displaying a Pinot-like elegance with vibrant energy and a long, savory finish.
