A rich and mature single malt from the historic Eigashima (White Oak) distillery. This "Akashi" expression is aged for 8 years exclusively in Spanish sherry casks, developing a profound depth and complexity. Expect a deep, elegant palate of dried figs, dark chocolate, and old leather, with a long, spicy finish.
