This is a superb Premier Cru from the historic 'Clos de Tavannes' vineyard, a site bordering the Grand Crus of Chassagne-Montrachet. The powerful 2018 vintage has yielded a wine of impressive concentration and depth. A rich bouquet of black cherry and warm spice gives way to a palate with a firm, mineral structure and ripe, velvety tannins.
