This is a profound, terroir-driven white from a biodynamic pioneer. A unique blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris from the 'Clos du Val d'Eleon,' this 2016 is now beautifully mature. The classic, low-yield vintage has forged a wine of stunning complexity, with notes of dried pear, beeswax, and smoky minerals, all held together by a vibrant acidic frame.
