Gabrio Bini Riserva Gabrio "Pinot Noir" 2023 makes history as the Northern Hemisphere's southernmost Pinot Noir. Grown on Pantelleria's volcanic slopes, this amphora-aged wine reveals wild cherry, rose petal and earthy notes with remarkable elegance. Whole-cluster fermentation creates delicate tannins and vibrant acidity. A groundbreaking achievement from the Bini family, proving their visionary approach can produce world-class Pinot Noir in Sicily's most extreme terroir.
