This Junmai Ginjo is a tribute to its origin, bearing the protected 'GI Nagano' designation. It is brewed exclusively with local Hitogokochi rice and alpine water. This signature Nagano rice imparts a remarkably soft and smooth mouthfeel, with subtle notes of steamed rice and a gentle, clean finish.
