From the acclaimed Daishinsyu brewery in Nagano comes this pinnacle of the brewer's art, crafted using a secret 'Hiden' method. This 'pure rice' Daiginjo is polished to an exacting degree, revealing delicate notes of melon, white peach, and a hint of anise, culminating in a pristine, disappearing finish.
