Crafted by a master sake brewer, this is a luxurious apple umeshu from Nagano, a region famed for its apples. Based on premium Junmai Ginjo sake, it has a cloudy 'mizore' appearance and a rich, pulpy texture. It offers the pure, unadulterated taste of fresh apples with a sophisticated finish.
