This unique Blanc de Blancs is named 'White of Chalk,' a direct tribute to the limestone soils where its Chardonnay grapes are grown. The winemaking focuses on translating this terroir, resulting in a Champagne of striking purity and focus. An intensely mineral bouquet of lemon peel, wet stone, and a hint of salinity introduces a palate that is both chiseled and textural.
