Sourced largely from vineyards near Morey-Saint-Denis, this 2021 Bourgogne Rouge punches well above its weight, offering a glimpse into Groffier's top-tier style. Reflecting the classic, cooler nature of the vintage, it opens with a bright, lifted nose of tart cherries, fresh raspberries, and damp earth. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, featuring crunchy fruit flavors and a refined, silky finish.
