From the traditional Okamura Honke brewery in Shiga, Kinko is a superb example of a high-quality "Futsuushu" or table sake. It offers a comforting, rice-forward palate rich with savory umami notes. Exceptionally versatile, it is perfect for daily meals and truly shines when gently warmed (okan-zake).
