This 'Extra Brut' Champagne is a pure expression of the domaine's biodynamic philosophy. With only a minimal dosage, nothing obscures the wine's natural character, a direct translation of the 'Les Garennes' terroir. The result is a wine of exceptional precision and energy, with a chiseled palate of green apple, citrus pith, and a powerful, saline minerality.
