This Southern Jalisco expression of Raicilla from La Venenosa is a tribute to ancient methods. Distilled in traditional clay pot stills, it possesses a distinctively earthy and mineral-driven character. This unique process imparts a rounded texture and deep notes of dark chocolate, roasted corn, and wet clay.
