A premium Junmai showcasing two marks of ultimate quality: 100% Yamadanishiki rice and the "Nakagumi" pressing. This "middle cut" is the finest portion of the sake, resulting in a remarkably smooth and elegant character. Expect gentle notes of melon and steamed rice with a clean, umami-rich finish.
