An exceptional Imo (sweet potato) Shochu from the remote volcanic island of Hachijō-jima, Tokyo. Nasakejima is uniquely crafted using barley (mugi) kōji, a local tradition that imparts a lighter character. It offers a beautiful marriage of gentle sweet potato and fragrant, toasted barley notes.
