The barley shochu counterpart to their famous imo, Nasakejima Mugi is a classic expression from the remote island of Hachijō-jima. This artisanal shochu is exceptionally smooth and clean, showcasing a gentle aroma of toasted barley, a hint of cereal sweetness, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
