"L'Esprit des Pavots" is the second wine of the iconic Peter Michael estate, offering a more immediate and approachable expression of the Les Pavots terroir. The 2018 vintage is a classic Bordeaux blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon from Knights Valley. It delivers generous aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and cocoa powder, accented by hints of cedar and tobacco. The palate is lush and full-bodied with silky tannins, making it delicious now while retaining the structure to age.
