A monumental Pauillac from the legendary 2009 vintage, this wine is widely considered one of the estate's greatest modern achievements. It is powerful and hedonistic, exploding with intense aromas of crème de cassis, graphite, cedar, and tobacco. Full-bodied and opulent on the palate, it possesses sweet, ripe tannins and incredible density, leading to a finish of amazing length.
