From Rairaku's innovative "Hana no Kura" (Flower Cellar) series, this Junmai is fermented with yeast from the Abelia flower. As a Namagenshu (unpasteurized, undiluted), it is a vibrant, full-bodied expression, offering a fragrant bouquet of red apple, cherry, and a bright floral finish.
