Meijo Kanbei Nigorizake

Named after the famed samurai strategist Kanbei, this is a classic "Nigorizake" (cloudy sake) from Meijo brewery. Coarsely filtered to retain rice solids, it has a lusciously creamy texture and a touch of sweetness, with flavors of rice pudding and coconut. Serve chilled and shake gently before pouring.
