This 'Tokubetsu' (Special) Junmai is crafted to a higher standard, using premium rice polished well beyond the Junmai requirement. This results in a sophisticated, dry sake with a clean structure. Subtle notes of rice and a hint of stone fruit lead to a crisp, savory finish, making it exceptionally food-friendly.
