This organic Chinon is aptly named 'Thirst for Tenderness.' The warm and sunny 2018 vintage has crafted a beautifully ripe and supple expression of Cabernet Franc. A charming bouquet of raspberry, violet, and a hint of bell pepper introduces a palate with soft tannins and a fresh, juicy finish. It's a wine made for pure enjoyment.
