A rare single cask bottling from the Burgundian cellars of Michel Couvreur. Distilled in Scotland in 2003 and aged for 17 years in a single sherry cask, this whisky is a unique, unrepeatable snapshot in time, offering a beautiful balance of dried apricot, almond, and honeyed malt.
