This is a liquid time capsule, a rare 'Ancestral' cognac containing eaux-de-vie aged for multiple generations. The experience begins with a stunningly complex bouquet that evolves in the glass, revealing notes of sandalwood, dried figs, cigar box, and the profound nutty notes of 'rancio.' The palate is impossibly smooth and layered, with a finish that lingers for minutes. A meditative spirit.
