Daishinsyu The Azusa 40ABV

A remarkable innovation from a master sake brewer. This spirit is crafted by distilling the aromatic lees (kasu) of their finest Junmai Daiginjo sake. It is then aged in select sherry casks, which impart a beautiful amber hue and complex notes of dried fruit and spice, beautifully complementing the shochu's inherent floral character.
