A rare Nama (unpasteurized) Umeshu from the masters at Chikusen. This artisanal liqueur uses their premium Junmai Yamadanishiki sake as its base, creating a vibrant balance of sweet-tart ume plum and savory rice umami. The steeped plums are included in the wide-mouthed bottle.
