A special tribute from the Tsubosaka brewery, this Junmai Ginjo is named after the master brewer, Shozo Tsubosaka. It is a sake of exceptional balance and finesse, offering a beautifully aromatic bouquet of green apple, melon, and white flowers, with a smooth, clean, and elegant finish.
