Hailing from the high-altitude slopes of the Adelaide Hills, the 2025 'The Cedars' Riesling is a benchmark of purity and finesse. It opens with lifted aromas of crushed lime leaf, jasmine, and river stone. The palate is razor-sharp and intense, offering concentrated citrus fruit underpinned by racy acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
